Mr. Liqing Zeng (Jason) is the Co-founder of Tencent Holdings Ltd. (“the Company”), China’s most valuable corporation and a leading provider of comprehensive Internet services, with monthly active user accounts of its highlight product QQ at 899 million and that of Weixin/WeChat at 806 million for Q2 2016. The company was founded in Shenzhen in 1998 and went public on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2004. As the Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2007, Jason was responsible for overseeing the company's business lines and product portfolios, as well as managing the company’s sales and marketing activities. Since June 2007, Jason has been the Advisor Emeritus of the company.
Prior to Tencent, Mr. Zeng served as a manager in the Shenzhen Branch of China Telecom Corporation Limited, a company engaging in information service, wired telecommunications and broadband services and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Zeng received his EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School in 2007 and his Bachelor degree in Computer Communication from Xi'an Electronic Technology University in 1993.
Tong Xie is the Managing Director of Decent Capital. He has over 25 years industry experience including 12 years in IBM with core competencies in entrepreneurship, I/T architecting & consulting and management. He has worked and lived in Silicon Valley, Australia, Hong Kong and China.
Tong earned his Master of Business Administration(MBA) from Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University.

Mr. Yang Cao joined Decent Capital in 2015 and focuses on investment in biotech and consumer sector. Prior to joining Decent Capital, Mr. Cao worked in a French start-up ("MAILJET") and EDF headquarter in Paris, where he participated in strategic planning of the company. He has specialty in market entry strategy and game theory.
Mr. Cao graduated from Wuhan University and Universtiy of Aberdeen with a Double Degree in Finance and Economics, then obtained his Master’s Degree in Quantitative Economics from HEC Paris and École Polytechnique.
Dr. Li is a Senior Investment Manager at Decent Capital, covering North America and other global areas.
Before joining Decent Capital, Dr. Li had worked at Enova International for many years, helping expand the markets in both North America and China. He has extensive experiences in financial lending, online operations, credit modeling and business analytics.
Dr. Li holds a PhD in Astrophysics and a MS in Financial Mathematics. He graduated from the University of Chicago and Wuhan University.
Helena is an investor who is passionate about enterprise software and frontier tech. She actively explores ideas in the developer space with emphases on security, DevOps/DevSecOps and AI/ML infrastructure. Helena is a believer in polymathic approaches to bridge seemingly unrelated problems.
Helena holds a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering, and bioinformatics from UCLA. Her research areas include human-computer interaction, UX/UI development and procedural generation.
Fun fact: If you spot her sitting in front of a PC, she is either coding or (more likely) gaming.
As an Operations Director of Asset Management Division, Naomi is mainly responsible for global assets management and family office operations. Before joining Asset Management Division, Naomi was an investment operations manager of Angle investment division. She also provided advisory services in KPMG before joining Decent Capital.
Naomi graduated from Peking University with joint degrees of Economics and Art. She received her Master’s of Science in Accounting degree in University of Pittsburgh, the United States. She gained working experience in Internal Revenue Services, HSBC during her academic years.
